The therapies available from Alison van der Molen’s Physiotherapy clinic in Walton on the Hill

Surrey physiotherapist

The therapies offered at the clinic are physiotherapy and craniosacral therapy. These aim to restore and maintain not only physical, but also psychological and emotional health/wellbeing through a variety of approaches.

The focus of physiotherapy is relieving pain, improving and maintaining the mobility and strength of the musculoskeletal system, which in turn improves the function of other bodily systems, and promoting postural awareness.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, but very effective form of treatment based on the use of subtle manipulative pressure to release tension and strains within the body, promoting
relaxation and improved function.

Physiotherapy can help to restore movement and function if you have been affected by injury, illness or disability.

Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle and subtle treatment, which seeks to encourage the release of stresses and tensions throughout the body.

"Through regular sessions and checks with Alison I have learned how to stay mobile and fluid. Alison has been instrumental in keeping me active and relatively pain free. I would highly recommend her."

"I have been seeing Alison regularly for over 7 years for a couple of recurring issues in my back and neck. I would happily recommend Alison for either treatment. She has fixed me on many an occasion! "

"I have quite a stressful job and lifestyle so I find that my body seizes up from time to time. Alison's treatments work wonders for making me relaxed and back in balance. My body feels better but also for a while after the treatment my mind feels more relaxed too!"
